Another fantastic wedding come and gone, leaving Elvin and Jo Ann with their memories of a perfect day. I met Elvin and Jo Ann for the first time on their wedding day, we had our conversation mostly on E-mails and instant messenger. The real plan is to shoot a short video for their AVP; but due to lack of time they have to make their own interview; but trust me it turns out PERFECT!
When I enter the hotel suite I was stunned seeing three gorgeous gowns, maybe that’s the first time I encountered a bride having three wedding gowns… It is also my first time working with Oly Ruiz of Metrophoto, and really a great opportunity.
During the ceremony emotions overwhelmed them both as they met each other at the altar. Their vows for each other seems to be much more emotional when the groom started to show his emotions.
By the way thank you Elvin for that one shot of Chivas!!!

2 well-known and well-liked surfers are getting married…
Dr. Mark Guzman proposed marriage to Atty. Viva Olalia at the kubo in la union at 8 tonight, June 16, while they were celebrating his 33rd birthday. Viva accepted the proposal to the delight of doc mark and amidst the cheers of the local surfers attending the birthday-turned-engagement-celebration.
Doc Mark earlier announced to their friends his plan to propose (thru text, with a warning not to tell Viva, of course) and Viva’s answer was eagerly anticipated by him and the couple’s friends. both Doc and Viva are well-endeared in the hearts of la union and manila surfers.
doc mark just finished his specialization as an orthopedic surgeon at the Philippine Orthopedic Center while Viva’s working with Proctor & Gamble in Makati. they have helped the local surfers of la union immensely. and MSA too, where both are directors, and where Viva has consistently been a very active officer and the champion of its women’s longboard competitions while Mark has been its most generous benefactor.
